Christian Alliance for Orphans

Picture
The Christian Alliance for Orphans (Alliance) works to ignite and equip individuals and churches for effective, Christ-honoring service to orphans.  The Alliance represents an uncommon unity of many of the nation’s most respected Christian organizations and churches.  Together, we seek to work and speak with a unified voice, joined by shared commitment to both the Gospel and the orphan. All initiatives led by the Alliance are designed to grow both energy and action within the Church that reflects God’s great love for orphans, both nearby and around the globe.

Cry for the Orphan

Picture
We are here to heighten awareness of the plight of the 140 million orphans around the world. The scope of this problem is too big for any one person or organization to solve. In the midst of this crisis, organizations from around the world are joining forces to make a difference.  The Cry of the Orphan campaign is sponsored by Hope for Orphans (a ministry of FamilyLife), Show Hope, and Focus on the Family. Together, we desire to communicate that “YOU are God’s Plan for the Orphan” – each of us with our own role to play in caring for His children.
